Beyond comfortable silver ingot bracelet with three rectangular "pillows" of natural turquoise in three shades of teal. This one is strikingly tailored with two rows of rope pattern hand stamped deeplyinto the substantial thickness of the cuff shank. To either side of each of the three bezel settings there is a two wire rope twist and between each of these and at either end of the grouping of stones, there is a row of four raindrop beads made from hand-rolled silver "pattern" wire.
This is very early 20th century piece is Navajo made using a variety of techniques and tools to create a wonderful cohesive design. Of the three stones, only one has a crack following the matrix line.
The collector offering this bracelet acquired it that way and wore it for over half a lifetime looking upon its "battle scars" as "all part of its story". This cuff has always belonged to an adventurer and would gladly grace the wrist of someone with a few "stories" of their own. Some adjustment to its size can be made.
