Repousse formed, mill rolled and hammer stretched ingot silver was used in the creation of this handsome buckle.
Decorated with stamped designs and further enhanced with file carving along the outer edge, this buckle was also set with five (5) graduated blue spider web #8 turquoise stones. Graduated from 1/2" X 3/8" in an arc down to 5/16" X 1/4", the stones are well matched.
It was purchased from Jon Bonnell of White Hogan fame in the early 1970's.
