Sterling silver mill-rolled sheet, half round and fine round drawn wire were used in fabrication of this necklace, naja, squash blossoms and beads. Smelted "rain drops" of silver accent the saw cut and filed framing around smooth bezel set high grade natural turquoise.
Each of these precious blue green stones is hand cut "free form" to minimize waste of this exceptional gem. The 22 cabochons vary in shape and size, ranging from 1/2" X 7/16" to 1 1/16" X 13/16". A fine wire rope twist at the base of each blossom bezel is echoed in its outline of the naja interior crescent, tying these elements visually together.
