About Antoinette Concha
(Born 1964) Taught by her mother Alma Maestas to make storytellers, for many years Antoinette was known for her mudhead storytellers, painting them matte black and white on redware and blackware. Some of her figures have attached feathers. Her pueblo affiliation is both Jemez and Taos, a member of the Water Clan.
