Tufa cast silver, hand-stamp decorated, forms the bola tie basis. Five bezels, each hand cut and filed to serrated edge were soldered to the tufa casting a tight cluster, forming a "bouquet" of settings for five hand cut, intense blue natural turquoise cabochons.
Two hand-pulled ingot silver wires had the black leather bola braid in place. The silver tie tips appear to be of newer vintage with a linear stamping echoing the repeated linear decoration on the tufa casting.
