About Jeff Low
(Born 1941, American)  Low was born and raised in Binghamton, N.Y.  

He was an artist from the moment he “discovered a pencil had lead.” He grew up in a household surrounded by music and art, and his father taught him to sign and date all his creations at a very young age. Low studied at Syracuse University (1960) and Academy 63 in Haarlem Netherlands under famed sculptor Wessel Couzijn.

Low's exhibitions have taken place at galleries located in Auburn, New York; San Diego, California; in Aspen, Colorado, at Fort Worth, Texas as well as at Scottsdale, Arizona with the Elaine Horwitch Gallery.  Low won a National Design Award in connectional to the Industrial Bank Building located in Binghamton, New York.

More recently he formed a foundation to raise funds benefiting art education, medical research and to aid children in need living in the United States.
