About Margaret Scanlan: (Born circa 1950, American) Originally exhibiting her paintings with the Suzanne Brown Gallery in Scottsdale, AZ, Scanlan currently resides in Tennessee.

Scanlan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Webster University and a graduate degree from the University of Tennessee. She has won numerous awards and has exhibited her work nationally and internationally. She is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Society and the Watercolor USA Honor Society.

More recently her paintings were shown at the Knoxville Botanical Gardens and Arboretum.
