(Born circa 1959) A founding member of the newly formed Cowgirl Artists of America, Sarah J. Webber chose to paint having been a student of various talented artists: Greg McHuron, John Moyers, Mark Daniel Nelson, Glenn Dean, Carol Swinney, Steven Datz, Kathy Wipfler, Mat Smith and Bill Freeman.
