About the Artist (Born circa 1916, Santa Clara) Flora may have begun making pottery in 1935 according to Gregory Schaaf's book on Pueblo Indian Pottery.  Her work appears in many respected pottery publications and has been collected as early as 1993 by the Heard Museum.  

At times Flora Naranjo has made pottery in concert with her daughter, Glenda.  Several of her children are well known for their pottery making.
