This clever manipulation of ingot silver employed use of a hammer, chisel, file and two hand-cut stamps. The bracelet shank was initially hammer-swedged into a hardened groove cut in steel. The center front is flattened and spread for the hand-cut bezel serrated bezel set single Persian turquoise. A single radiant crescent stamp flanks this center piece.
Both terminals were flattened and spread for the hand carvings. Deep chiseled grooves become bracelets worn on each small wrist. The shank becomes embracing arms terminated by open hands.
Details of these hands were deftly created with a small circle stamp and file.
