"The Sisters" reveal their Spanish Colonial influence at a glance. Fabricated, using coin silver ingot-drawn wire and hammer-stretched sheet, the artist spared no detail.
Each bezel is cut with a decorative edge. Curved wire work flanks the central body with its triangular turquoise stone--one of four deep blue to green in each pendant.
Flattened wire twists and a miniature squash blossom suspend from each earring like fringe from the hem of a skirt.
