Stylized plants, bird and butterfly all balance with the artist's realistic drawing of a woman carrying her child on her back, holding a basket, wearing an embroidered sash and turquoise jewelry. The responsibilities of motherhood are emphasized, as she is wearing a white apron tied just below the traditional sash.
