Ingot silver, hammer stretched, then mill rolled into sheet was cut to size and shape by either a Navajo or a Hopi craftsperson in the 1920's.
A whirling log pattern was also created from the same piece that had been prepared. The cuff was carefully and densely decorated using hand cut stamps and a chisel for line work. The four round repousse drops are repeated just once in the whirling log's center. This ornament has a different, but complimentary array of stamped designs which were executed prior to being soldered ot its central position on the band. The bracelet is comfortably curved on each side of center, so that however, it rests easily on the hand.
