About The Squash 12 Blossom Necklace

Sterling silver mill-rolled sheet and half round wire of various gauges were used to fabricate this beautiful necklace.  The 18 natural turquoise stones are of highest grade material from the Arizona Bisbee and Morenci mines.

Smelted silver was used to create the decorative drops.  A circle stamp decorates the tip of each blossom petal.  An unusual "sunburst" ray stamp with gabled square center textures the larger silver drops with chisel work used to ornament the various half round wire elements of blossoms and naja.

The primary components are strung with 139 sterling silver handmade seamed round beads.  18 hand-cut turquoise cabochons measure from 1" X 9/16" (center of naja)  to 9/16" X 5/16" (naja tips)
