Silver beads are Navajo handmade by an unknown artist.
Glass beads are lamp work, made by hand in Czechoslovakia. To a steel rod covered with borax ( a release agent) molten glass of the desired colors are each added carefully to create the depth of pattrn and complexity of hues desired--in this case the look of high quality deep blue Persian turquoise laced with black and white matrix. A metal tool is used to shape the glass as it cools.
The silver beads are each made in two halves. The hemisphere are struck by hand using a two-part male/ female die. Each half is pierced from the inside before being solder joined. There were at least four different dies used to create the variety of sizes and shapes in this necklace. It is sturdily assembled on "wheat" chain with silver wire clasp and attachments.
If you have seen high grade Persian turquoise, these glass beads are as close and as good as it gets to the Creator's own stunning material.
