About The Tabletop Owl Fetish of Alabaster with Turquoise Eyes

The body of the owl and his base or perch are carved from a single piece of ivory white alabaster laced with a brown to tan matrix.  The creature's eyes are natural dusk blue turquoise with rust red matrix.  These cabochons are low domed and each measure about 5/16" in diameter.

The cleave way the turquoise eyes are set with the dark matrix "looking down" to the owl's left, as he leans into what has seemed to capture his attention, gives this little fellow a lot of life.
