There are two unusual treatments that make this bracelet special in subtle ways. The first is the reversed or flat side up use of a trangular swedged bar in the center of the cuff as a bed for the stone settings. This gives the structure additional strengfth while providing the needed base for a row of bezels.
The second feature is the acute triangular carrination of the framing bars which are also ornamentally stamped. This is an extremely difficult thing to do, but the gradual incline is aesthetic perfection. Mr. Tsinnie was an artist with a uncompromising sense of beauty and the ability to realize his visions.

About the Artist | Born circa 1950-2017, Tsinnie began producing jewelry circa 1970. Often he collaborated with his wife, Darlene Tsinnie, which is why his stamp often incorporates both their initials. Tsinnie won many awards at Indian Market in Santa Fe from 1976 forward. His work was routinely sold through Shush Yaz Trading Post in Santa Fe and in Gallup and at Toh-Atin in Durango, Colorado. |
