At the age of 24, this young man can draw and paint with ease. Payer is extremely alert about human nature as well as politics.
It was an honor to serve as one of three jurors of the 23rd Annual Northern Plains Indian Art Market in Sioux Falls, South Dakota along side the Santa Fe artist Mary America Lynn Meredith and Dr. Mark White, Eugene D. Adkins curator of the Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art located at the University of Oklahoma.
