(Born 1948) This Utah artist started making art at an early age working in watercolor and oil. He later earned his BA in 1975 from Brigham Young University.
Hadley's summer job in Jackson, Wyoming put him in close proximity to Yellowstone and the Grand Teton National Parks. These vistas fed his appetite for painting landscapes. Later he fell in love with the Grand Canyon and with Sedona, so Arizona offered additional source material for the artist's choice of subject matter.
Hadley participates in the Mountain Oyster Club in Tucson, Arizona. He is one of the artists whose work is described in Peggy and Harold Samuels' Contemporary Western Artists published in 1982.
