About the Artist
Linda Lucero Fragua (Born 1954) This Jemez potter is a member of the Corn Clan. Linda has been making pottery since roughly the middle 1970's. She is known for polychrome jars, bowls, storytellers, clown storytellers as well as assorted figurative clay sculptures. Rebecca Lucero, her mother, instructed her in the art of pottery making. Gregory Schaaf's book Southern Pueblo Pottery 2000 Artist Biographies cites Linda's work.
