About the Artist

(Born 1959) This Navajo sculptor has been working in alabaster for over twenty years. In 1983 he was named "Best Sculptor of the Year" by the Heard Museum in Arizona. Mr. Marshall served an apprenticeship under another notable Navajo artist, Oreland Joe. In 2001 he was included in the Rising Stars exhibit at the Desert Caballeros Museum in Wickenburg, Arizona.
