About the Artist

Suzanne Brown Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona handled Mr. Howard's paintings in the late 1980's through the early 1990's. An Arizona resident, who once lived in the East valley, some of Mr. Howard's paintings were made into posters distributed by the Joan Cawley Gallery.
