In her words "I have intentionally avoided polictically-oriented subject matter and angst-ridden or physical wrestling with the art of painting itself.  To make art, the act of making art must stay true to a harmonious balance of beauty, nature, humanity and the whole universe.  This in accordance with Navajo philosophy.  I have chosen to focus on nature, on landscape."

Some public collections including her work:  Albuquerque Museum in New Mexico; Arizona State Unveristy Art Museum, the Heard Museum and the Tucsom Museum of Art--all in Arizona.  Additionally:  the Denver Art Museum in Colorado, the Museum of Fine Art in Santa Fe, New Mexico and the St. Louis Museum in Missouri.
