About the Artist

(1924-2003, Zuni)  The daughter of famed Zuni fetish carver, Teddy Weahkee, her sister Mary Tsikewa also became known for carving fetishes.  Edna's two daughters continued the tradition, Dinah Gasper and Lena Boone.
