About the Artist

Herbert Breiter was born in Germany and moved to Salzburg in 1946.  He traveled regularly through Europe and held numerous exhibitions showcasing his oil paintings, watercolors and prints.  He was a prolific printmaker, creating over 400 prints during his career.  He died in Salzburg in 1999.
