Having worked with People magazine since 1979, participating in over 700 shoots, Preston's photographs have also been used for the covers of Time, Newsweek, Rolling Stone and TV Guide.  He also worked at five (5) different Olympic Games.  

His remarkable body of work represents a rich archive of the music industry's stellar stars.  Preston remains active continues chronicling musicians, glamour and movie stills.
