About the Artist

Johnny Tiger, Jr. was born and raised in Oklahoma, a member of the Muscogee Creek Nation. His work reflects the influence of his older brother, the late Jerome Tiger. He has exhibited at the Annual American Indian Art Exhibition at the Philbrook Art Center, The Five Civilized Tribes Museum and regional shows in Oklahoma, along with the Red Cloud Indian School in Pine Ridge, South Dakota and the Gallup Inter-Tribal Ceremonial Show in New Mexico. His work has been shown throughout the nation, as well as in London, England and in Russia.
