(Born 1972) Chandler has earned a Masters in Native American Studies and is in the process of completing his dissertation for his PhD while employed at Fort Belnap College in Harlem, Montana as Director of American Indian Studies.
Chandler's exhibitions have been staged from 1999 through 2010. "One-fourth Indian" is a serigraph by Chandler included in the permanent collection of the Minneapolis Institute of Art, while "Painted Tipi" dated 1992 resides in the Museum of Natural History in Paris, France. In 1998 this artist received the Bronze Pencil Award for Best Painter at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana.
