About the Artist

Fran Kraynek-Prince and Neil Prince (both born circa 1940) are American basketmakers whose specialty is/ was working with fallen Torrey Pine needles, both natural and dyed.

The American Craft Museum in New York City includes a Prince Torrey Pine needle basket, MyGalaxy (1989) in their permanent collection.
