- About The Macho Bull's Head Buckle, Silver and Gold
Handsome strong silver buckle with classic mid 20th century design. The "Longhorn" bull's head is set with ruby glass rhinestones that give the eyes a dangerous glow, while the surrounding space is alive with hand-engraved scroll work and yellow & rose gold floral accents !!! There is a space above the right horn for a monogram.
The body of the buckle is carefull hand fabricated from heavy gauge mill-rolled sheet about a millimeter thick. There is a fixed bar made from sheet where the leather can be attached. This bar or strap also creates a keep for the end of the belt after it has passed through another bar and been secured by an attached, curved "tooth" that is fastened to that same bar-- a great piece of basi engineering !! This work has a wonderful very macho character that can be easily worn by a woman in the 21st century !!!
