About The Iso Dance Company

Spectacular elevation of the human figure as sculpture, conveyed via photography.

About Lois Greenfield
This accomplished photographer grew from photographing dance performances with a documentarian's mindset, to using the dancers as visual props. In her own words "How did the dancers get in that position? Where are they coming from and how will they land? The more impossible the picture looked, the more I considered it a success. . . In her latest book, Airborne, she explores the metaphoric potential of bodies in flight." Lois' solo exhibitions have been hosted in a variety of countries: the Netherlands, England, France, Columbia, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, Canada, China, Istanbul and of course, in major cities in the United States.
