About the Artist

(Born 1959) This Acoma potter has consistently won awards for her pottery since 1989. A member of the Yellow Corn clan, her native name Tsi-Ku-rai-tsa translates to Morning Dew. Her active period of producing pottery was circa 1986.

Publications including her work are comprehensive, meaning nearly every book chronicling contemporary pottery artists to include American Indian Art Magazine Summer 1990:91.
