This blue textile is most unusual, not a typical Navajo palette. Variations of blue include turquoise and a blue grey as well as four other shades of blue to include a cobalt blue outer border.
Its workmanship is excellent.
Its condition was protected, having been stationed on the previous owner's wall.
Tina Conn's beautiful weaving is a result of many years of study with her mother.
Tina's work is considered to be very balanced in addition to tight and smooth, words that are used to describe fine weavers. She was born in 1955 in Leupp, Arizona and creates weavings that are representative of various regional styles.
