An enchanting composition depicting a scene that with the passage of time, approximately 60 years, no longer represents the appearance of that town.  Modernization would preclude the livestock's positioning.  Instead there would be cars, buses and other forms of public transportation, possibly taxis.  The buildings would be more plentiful.
