(Born 1958) Although born in California, Tracy grew up in Sedona, Arizona with her parents, Joe Beeler, one founder of the Cowboy Artists of America and Sharon Beeler. She began her studies with her own father, beginning to sculpt at an early age.
She later studied in Florence, Italy with such artists as Bruno Lacchessi, Giancarlo Biagi and Patrick Hamilton. In the United States she also studied with Glenna Goodacre, FritzWhite and Jon Zahourak. She is known for depicting the women of the Plains Indians.
